Theresa Goad

Theresa Goad teaches both Vinyasa Flow and Foundations of Yoga classes with an emphasis on alignment and core strength for all levels of practitioners. She has been practicing yoga for 9 years and in 2016 she became a 200-hour registered yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance. Since then she has studied power yoga, anatomical precision and best practices for vinyasa yoga with Jason Crandell, who is not only a world renowned vinyasa teacher but also a major contributor for Yoga Journal. Theresa is also certified in Pilates and Barre, which she has been teaching for over 10 years, so her classes stem from a mixture of the three practices.
