Our popular weight training is BACK by popular demand! We will set up weight training stations and rotate at 2-5 minute intervals. This is a great program for all fitness levels.

This class will introduce you to free weights and our small lift studio. This studio class is led by one of our certified fitness professionals. Barbells, dumbbells, and other lifting techniques to help you sculpt and grow!

 

Full body HIIT training using high repetition with dumbbells and body weight exercises. This is a fast past moderately intensive workout. The workout runs approximately 35 minutes, with stretch and recovery time to follow.

 

Come and rock out with us with a 30-minute high-intensity spin workout. You will ride along on our Schwinn AC Power stationary bikes! Pace and speed vary throughout the workout while listening to great music ! Perfect for all fitness levels.
