Sport Yoga Sculpt

Where muscle strength and endurance meet yoga that’s where sport yoga sculpt is born. Get ready to get under the bar and on the mat. Start your journey with yoga based movement focusing on quality mobility work, within 10 minutes turn up the heat to beat based muscular strength and endurance training using body weight a barbell and plates. During the strength section of class expect compound movements that will keep our heart rate up while we train our entire body – core, glutes, back, shoulders and triceps and more. Since our bodies move throughout the day with and without load we will practice moving our bodies in ways that mimic everyday movement- functional based training . Class will end with 10 minute yoga based recovery. If you own a foam roller,please feel free to bring along.
